You also have to understand staff and the business side of managing a $12 million corporation in order to serve the people who need our services the most. I credit both my master’s programs with influencing how I work with people.
The MBA program at Adams State provided me with the skills that I needed in order to contribute to this dynamic and continuously changing environment.
